Brett Braziel, PT, MPT, SCS is a Physical Therapist in Decatur who has been specializing in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Sports Rehab and Sports Medicine for over 26 years.

He has been a PT in Decatur most of his career and is heavily involved in the sports programs there. He is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and is part of the Decatur HS Sports Medicine team, helping and traveling with their sports programs for almost 2 decades. 

Although Brett specializes in Sports Rehab and treats athletes from grade school, HS and College, up to the Professional level, he cares for patients of all ages and across a wide range of diagnoses. He is a 5 time recipient of the Reader’s Choice Award for Best Physical Therapist in Wise County.

Brett and his wife Andrea, who is an OT, have been married for 24 years, and they have 4 children.
